As a Psychologist, I have a degree in Psychology and therefore a more scientific understanding of the human mind and behaviour and I am also trained in Counselling Skills. Counselling Psychologists differ from Clinical Psychologists who tend to work with more severe mental health issues.

 

How  can a Counselling Psychologist help me ?

 

Counselling Psychologists are trained to work with a wide spectrum of issues including: Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Relationships, Sexual problems, Anger, Trauma, Self-esteem, Work/career, Self-Development.

 

I can offer a general consultation to discuss your issues, background history and establish the focus of treatment

A therapy session for one individual lasts for 45 minutes and costs 50 euros.

A therapy session for a couple lasts for 1 hour and costs 60 euros.
